Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and create positive connections
• Manage register functions and drive add-on sales with product knowledge
• Work flexible schedules including holidays, evenings, and weekends
• Cover the sales floor and maintain visual merchandising standards
• Aid in organizing the stockroom and ensuring a clean, inviting store environment

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Fashion-savvy and knowledgeable about current trends
• Physical requirements: able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform various tasks requiring physical effort

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
