Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and create positive connections
- Drive add-on sales through product knowledge and promotions
- Manage the sales floor and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Support the stockroom and ensure a clean, organized store environment
- Work flexible hours including holidays, evenings, and weekends
Requirements
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fashion-conscious with up-to-date fashion trends knowledge
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
