Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure positive connections and loyalty
• Use your product knowledge to drive add-on sales and enhance the shopping experience
• Perform register functions efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer care
• Manage the sales floor, ensuring all visual merchandising guidelines are met
• Absolutely assist in organizing the stockroom and maintaining a clean, inviting store environment

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while focusing on creating an amazing customer experience
• Fashion-focused with an understanding of current trends

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand and walk around during scheduled shifts
• Able to pack and unpack shipments, arrange and move store fixtures, and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Able to reach for merchandise using various tools and equipment
