Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships
- Drive add-on sales through product knowledge and promotions
- Manage the sales floor and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Support the stockroom by organizing and maintaining a clean, organized space
- Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Requirements
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fashion-conscious and knowledgeable about current trends
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
