Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by making each customer feel comfortable, cared for, and confident.
• Perform register functions, utilizing your sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales.
• Manage the sales floor, ensuring all visual standards are met.
• Aid in organizing the stockroom and maintaining a clean, inviting, and organized store environment.

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and create an amazing customer experience.
• Fashion-focused and knowledgeable about current trends.

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand and walk around during scheduled shifts.
• Able to pack and unpack shipments, arrange and move store fixtures, and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Able to reach for merchandise using various tools such as ladders, step stools, merchandise retrieving poles, and shoe poles.

Pay

$21.10 - $22.73 per hour.

Schedule

Flexible schedule inclusive of holidays, nights, and weekends.
