Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional shopping experience that fosters positive customer connections and loyalty
• Perform register functions using sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales
• Work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends
• Cover the sales floor and ensure all visual standards are met
• Absorb and organize incoming shipments, arrange and move store fixtures, and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs
• Reach for merchandise using various tools such as ladders, step stools, merchandise retrieving poles, and shoe poles

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong commitment to customer service
• Fashion-savvy and knowledgeable about current trends

Qualifications

Physical requirements include standing and walking throughout shifts, packing and unpacking shipments, arranging and moving store fixtures, and handling packages weighing up to 50 lbs. These tasks may require reaching for merchandise using various tools such as ladders, step stools, merchandise retrieving poles, and shoe poles.
