Responsibilities

• Play an important role in store leadership, inspiring your team to work together to achieve goals.
• Create an environment of aloha fun, while exceeding guest expectations.
• Share knowledge on latest designs and provide world-class service to guests.
• Greet guests with a friendly smile and assist them with merchandise selection and recommendations.
• Inform guests about current marketing programs and upcoming events.
• Participate in store-related meetings to support sales and service performance goals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Guest and Sales experience.
• A “get things done” mindset.
• A natural collaborator with the ability to identify opportunities and take initiative.
• A High School diploma or GED.
• Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business.

Qualifications

• Passionate about growth and development within the company.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledgeable about Tommy Bahama's products and services.
