Overview

As a Sales Associate at Tillys, you will deliver the Tillys Experience to customers, combining a talent for making friends with perfect strangers and a love for shopping and the Tillys lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and enhance their shopping experience.
• Help customers find products that meet their needs and preferences.
• Ensure all merchandise is displayed attractively and in good condition.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred but not required.
