Job Summary

As a Sales Associate, you will deliver the Tillys Experience to customers. Key responsibilities include making friends with perfect strangers, having a passion for shopping and the Tillys lifestyle, and creating an engaging customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and enhance their shopping experience.
• Help customers find products that meet their needs and preferences.
• Ensure all customers are satisfied with their purchases and receive excellent customer service.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss product knowledge, sales strategies, and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• No formal education required, but some retail experience is preferred.

Pay

Hourly Salary Range: $15.00 - $15.50. Placement within this range is dependent on a variety of factors, including prior relevant experience, skill set, store volume and location.
