As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering the Tillys Experience to our Customers. We're looking for a "people person" who has a talent for making friends with perfect strangers, a love for shopping and the Tillys lifestyle, and the ability to combine those traits to create a unique and engaging Customer Experience in a sales-focused environment.
