As a Sales Associate, you will deliver the Tillys Experience to customers. Key responsibilities include making friends with perfect strangers, having a passion for shopping and the Tillys lifestyle, and creating an engaging customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and enhance their shopping experience.
• Present products effectively and answer questions about the Tillys brand and offerings.
• Ensure all customers feel valued and supported throughout their visit.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company initiatives.
