About the role

The Tile Shop, founded in 1985, inspires and realizes home decor ideas with a global selection of high-quality tile products, exclusive designs, expert staff, and exceptional customer service. This role involves selling tile and related products in a commission-based environment across a network of over 140 stores.

Responsibilities

• Proactively greet customers professionally and develop lasting relationships through courteous service.
• Conduct follow-up customer communication to ensure satisfaction and product updates.
• Sell tile and related products to exceed customer expectations.
• Educate customers on product installation and usage.
• Understand and track individual sales goals.
• Track store orders and provide customers with timely updates.
• Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay

Expected first-year earnings range from $45,000 to $75,000 in a draw plus commission payment structure.
