About the role

The Tile Shop, a leader in home decor since 1985, offers a commission-based sales position where associates travel globally to source the latest styles in porcelain, glass, ceramic, travertine, and natural stones. With over 140 stores, we provide high-quality tile products, exclusive designs, and expert customer service.

Responsibilities

• Proactively greet customers in a professional manner.
• Develop lasting customer relationships through courtesy and follow-up communication.
• Sell tile and related products to exceed customer expectations.
• Educate customers on product installation and usage.
• Track and meet individual sales goals.
• Monitor store orders and provide customers with product updates.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay

Expected first-year earnings range from $45,000 to $75,000 in a draw plus commission payment structure.
