About the role

The Tile Shop, founded in 1985, inspires and realizes home decor ideas with a wide selection of high-quality tile products, exclusive designs, expert staff, and amazing customer service. Our associates travel globally to explore the latest styles and innovations in materials such as porcelain, glass, ceramic, travertine, and other natural stones.

Responsibilities

• Proactively greet customers professionally and develop lasting customer relationships through courteous interactions.
• Conduct follow-up customer communication to ensure satisfaction.
• Sell tile and related products to exceed customer expectations.
• Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers.
• Track and meet established individual sales goals.
• Monitor store orders and provide customers with product updates.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay

Expected first-year earnings range from $45,000 to $75,000 in a draw plus commission payment structure.
