The Role
A rapidly growing car wash chain based in Central New Jersey is seeking a Sales Associate to drive growth and profitability at the site.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and convert retail customers into Unlimited Wash Club members
- Maintain a high degree of engagement and morale
- Manage customer engagement at the car wash
- Work directly with Senior Site Management to make strategic recommendations on process improvements
- Set a positive example promoting teamwork
- Demonstrate the value proposition of the Unlimited Wash Club
- Push self and others towards success
- Have a friendly, energetic attitude with a passion for helping people
