About the role

The Sales Associate is responsible for creating an outstanding optical experience for guests by combining their knowledge, experiences, and personality with the guests’ needs and high-quality fashion brands.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and build relationships by connecting with customers and exceeding sales targets.
• Assist new and returning customers in finding products that meet their needs.
• Offer tailored advice and recommend eyewear solutions that fit each customer’s lifestyle and preferences.
• Enhance skills with hands-on training and collaborate with experienced professionals to provide top-tier service.
• Work closely with your team and leadership to maintain a positive, supportive environment.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing for a seamless shopping experience.
• Foster an inclusive and respectful environment for both customers and colleagues.

Requirements

• Passion for customer service; retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to engage customers and drive sales in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable using technology to enhance customer experience and maintain transaction accuracy.
• Interest in eyewear and fashion trends, with the ability to help customers find their perfect look.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in optical retail or familiarity with optical products (preferred).

Pay

$16.83 - $23.55 per hour. Pay is determined by factors including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. A competitive bonus and/or commission plan may also be offered.
