Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and expertise in sunglass retail.
- Assist customers in selecting sunglasses that align with their style and needs.
- Maintain store standards for presentation, cleanliness, and organization.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, trends, and promotions.
Requirements
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Pay
Pay range: $17.08 per hour. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
