Responsibilities

• Drive sales and build lasting customer relationships to hit and exceed sales targets.
• Assist new and returning customers in finding products that meet their needs.
• Offer tailored advice and recommend eyewear solutions based on each customer’s lifestyle and preferences.
• Enhance your skills with hands-on training and collaborate with experienced professionals to provide top-tier service.
• Work closely with your team and leadership to maintain a positive, supportive environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Foster an inclusive and respectful environment for both customers and colleagues.

Requirements

• Passion for customer service; retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to engage customers and drive sales in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable using technology to enhance customer experience and maintain transaction accuracy.
• Keen interest in eyewear and fashion trends, with the ability to help customers find their perfect look.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient in fast-paced environments.

Pay

Pay range: $15.92 - $20.68 per hour. Employee pay is determined by factors including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements.
