What You’ll Do

• Drive Sales & Build Relationships: Connect with customers, hit sales targets, and build lasting relationships.
• Become a Vision Expert: Offer tailored advice and recommend eyewear solutions that fit each customer's lifestyle and preferences.
• Learn and Grow: Enhance your skills through hands-on training and collaboration with experienced professionals.

Total Rewards

• Pay Range: $19.78
• Benefits: Health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
• Additional Compensation: Competitive bonus and/or commission plan.
