Total Rewards

• Pay Range: $16.00 - $19.78 per hour
• Benefits: Health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
• Additional Compensation: Competitive bonus and/or commission plans.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a passion for customer service, sales, and fashion. Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but your enthusiasm and ability to connect with customers are key.

Comfortable using technology, detail-oriented, and able to offer tailored advice and recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
