What You’ll Do
- Introduce prospective clients to StretchLab through tours, consultations, and introductory stretch appointments
- Build relationships that convert leads into long term memberships
- Achie membership sales goals through consultative selling and outstanding customer service
- Follow up with leads using phone calls, text messages, and email
- Manage front desk operations, scheduling, and client check-ins
- Support local marketing initiatives, community events, and business partnerships
- Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and positive studio environment
- Collaborate with your team to deliver an exceptional member experience
Who We’re Looking For
- Someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a goal oriented environment, and is excited to grow professionally
- Experience in Membership Sales, Retail Sales, Customer Service, Front Desk Operations, Boutique Fitness, Health Clubs, Hospitality, Inside Sales, Business Development, Client Success, Wellness or Healthcare
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, outgoing personality
- Strong customer service and relationship building abilities
- Sales experience or the desire to develop sales skills
- Strong organization and follow through
- A passion for fitness, health, or wellness
