About the role
StretchLab Westport, CT is seeking an energetic, relationship-focused Membership Manager to help grow its studio community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and driving results in a fast-paced wellness environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct membership consultations and enroll new members
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, text messages, email, and in-person conversations
- Build relationships within the local community and create referral opportunities
- Execute sales outreach and prospecting activities
- Support studio events, promotions, and community partnerships
- Deliver exceptional customer service and member experiences
- Aid in studio operations and daily administrative tasks
- Collaborate with the studio team to achieve membership and revenue goals
Requirements
- Sales, customer service, hospitality, fitness, or wellness experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospects
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving results
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends
