About the role
The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences at Stoney Clover Lane. This position supports sales performance, client engagement, and daily store operations while maintaining brand standards and a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a strong guest experience through product knowledge and customization support
- Greet and engage every guest, introducing the brand and product offering
- Absorb guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach
- Actively sell on the floor and support the team in achieving daily sales goals
- Support visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards
- Restock inventory and maintain an organized sales floor
- Aid in inventory tasks including receiving, processing, and stock management
- Maintain a clean and organized back-of-house environment
- Support events, trunk shows, and community outreach initiatives
- Engage in clienteling to build and maintain guest relationships

Qualifications
- 2 years of professional work experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

- Compensation range: 20–24 hours/week for part-time positions, 32–40 hours/week for full-time positions
