About the role

The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences at Stoney Clover Lane. This position supports sales performance, client engagement, and daily store operations while maintaining brand standards and a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a strong guest experience through product knowledge and customization support
  • Greet and engage every guest, introducing the brand and product offering
  • Absorb guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach
  • Actively sell on the floor and support the team in achieving daily sales goals
  • Support visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards
  • Restock inventory and maintain an organized sales floor
  • Aid in inventory tasks including receiving, processing, and stock management
  • Maintain a clean and organized back-of-house environment
  • Support events, trunk shows, and community outreach initiatives
  • Engage in clienteling to build and maintain guest relationships

Qualifications

  • 2 years of professional work experience
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Benefits

  • Compensation range: 20–24 hours/week for part-time positions, 32–40 hours/week for full-time positions
