About the role
You will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal Spirit Halloween store. This is a consignment-store position: Spirit Halloween is not your employer; the independent owner/operator is solely responsible for wages, benefits, policies, and all employment matters.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Guest Services according to Company Standards
- Generate sales and assist with sign waving
- Perform general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, and pricing
- Operate POS systems and support loss prevention
- Set up fixtures, climb ladders, and lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift
