Sales Associate
About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal Spirit Halloween store. Your role includes maintaining Guest Services according to Company Standards and assisting with sales generation, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention.
The physical demands of this position require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, and standing/walking for up to 8 hours.
The minimum age requirement for this position is 16.
This role is for a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. While you will work with Spirit Halloween merchandise, your employer will be the independent owner and operator of the store, who is solely responsible for your employment, wages, and benefits. Spirit Halloween will have no obligation or responsibility regarding your employment.
Responsibilities
- Support Store Management Team in seasonal store setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown
- Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standards
- Generate sales and assist with sign waving
- Perform general housekeeping and merchandising tasks
