Love fitness, people, and a positive team environment? SPENGA is seeking an energetic Sales Associate to help grow our community. This role combines member experience, relationship‑based sales, and fitness culture in a boutique studio environment. You’ll help prospective members discover SPENGA, guide them through membership options, and create a welcoming experience that keeps members engaged. Current or former boutique fitness members are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and first‑time guests
• Introduce prospects to the SPENGA experience
• Guide membership conversations and sales
• Follow up with leads and prospective members
• Support new member onboarding
• Assist with studio setup/reset before and after classes
• Maintain a clean, organized studio
• Represent the SPENGA brand with enthusiasm and professionalism

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
• Interest in health and fitness
• Weekend availability preferred
• Experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, or boutique studios is a plus

Pay

$14.00 per hour + commission

Schedule

Part‑time position with flexible hours; weekend availability preferred.
