Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattress and bedding products using our proven selling process and the exclusive bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system.
• Provide customers with a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience focused on improving their sleep quality.
• Assist customers with loading mattress purchases into their vehicles.
• Reset and maintain the showroom floor to ensure an inviting shopping environment.
• Leverage tablets, mobile point-of-sale systems, and the bedMATCH system to deliver personalized sleep solutions.

Requirements

• Highly motivated and results-oriented with a passion for retail and customer satisfaction.
• Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) is a plus.
