About the role
Showcase "Home of the Hottest Trends", voted one of Canada's "Best Managed Companies" and the world's largest retailer of its kind, is hiring for Associates at the Maine Mall location.
Responsibilities
- Create a fun and interactive atmosphere, including storefront demos
- Maximize the sales of the store by achieving and surpassing personal productivity goals
- Engage customers through suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge
- Achie and maintain sales goals and key metrics
- Assist in daily store tasks such as merchandising, price changes, stock
Requirements
- A high level of customer focus with clear and engaging communication skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and in a group settings
- Flexible availability – including days, nights, weekends, holidays
- Punctual and dependable
- Demonstration experience an asset
