Responsibilities
- Create a safe and secure environment
- Educate customers and fulfill their needs
- Work with a full selection of firearms, accessories, and ammunition
- Work in various departments including handguns, long guns, tactical firearms, etc.
- Serve as Range Safety Officers supervising the indoor shooting range
- Assist with the maintenance of the indoor shooting range
- Takes pride in their work
- Has a strong sense of integrity and ambition
- Enjoys helping people and building relationships
- Is thorough and attentive to small details
- Exhibits excellent communication and customer service skills
- Maintains a safe and secure working environment at all times
- Maintains a friendly disposition
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Preemployment drug screening and continued compliance with Drug Free Workplace policy
- Criminal background check
- U.S. Citizen or eligible to work in the United States
- Willingness to work at least one full weekend shift
- $17.00 per hour starting pay
