Sales Associate

Role: Sales Associate in a pet retail environment, focused on providing excellent customer service and supporting pet health and safety. Responsibilities: Assist customers with product selection, process transactions, maintain store cleanliness and organization, support inventory management, and ensure a welcoming environment for pets and people. Key Duties: Educate customers on pet care, support sales and promotional activities, help care for animals in accordance with policies, and collaborate with team members to meet store goals. Qualifications & Skills: Passion for animals, strong communication, multitasking ability, attention to detail, and reliability. Retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Work Environment: Active engagement on the sales floor, lifting up to 50 pounds, working near animals with exposure to dander, odors, and chemicals.
