Sales Associate

Qualifications require effective communication skills, knowledge of cash handling procedures, and the ability to follow planograms and safety policies. Basic mathematical skills and the ability to perform cash register functions and stock merchandise are essential. Preferred Candidates Possess a High School Diploma Or Equivalent. Work involves frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 55 pounds, and occasional climbing. The environment is fast-paced with moderate noise and may include exposure to outside weather conditions. The role emphasizes customer service, safety, and store maintenance.
