Sales Associate

This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing assistance and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Key responsibilities include unloading trucks, following procedures to receive and unpack merchandise, and stocking shelves with rotated and faced products. Additional duties involve building merchandise displays, restocking recovered items, and helping customers locate products. The role also requires maintaining store cleanliness by dusting, mopping, and cleaning restrooms and stockrooms. Operational tasks include operating cash registers, processing payments, bagging items, and assisting with merchandise ordering using handheld scanners. Other duties encompass greeting customers, setting up sidewalk displays, and adhering to company policies to maximize customer satisfaction, sales, and teamwork.
