Role Overview: The Sales Associate serves as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers in locating and purchasing merchandise, operate the cash register, process transactions, and provide excellent customer service. Stock, restock, and rotate merchandise on shelves, build displays, and maintain store cleanliness by cleaning floors, restrooms, and setting up displays. Support store profitability and protect company assets by performing assigned duties efficiently. Qualifications & Skills: Strong customer service skills, ability to operate a cash register, and knowledge of merchandise management processes. Ability to handle physical tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and setting up displays. Flexibility to perform various store duties as needed.
