Role Overview: Serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience while maintaining store operations and asset protection. Key Responsibilities Unload trucks and process incoming merchandise following company procedures.Build merchandise displays, stock shelves, rotate, and face products.Restock recovered merchandise and assist customers in locating items.Maintain cleanliness by dusting, mopping floors, and managing trash and cardboard recycling.Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and assist with merchandise ordering using hand-held scanners.Greet customers, provide assistance, and set up sidewalk displays as needed. Qualifications & Skills Ability to unload and process merchandise efficiently.Strong customer service skills and the ability to assist shoppers effectively.Basic proficiency with cash registers and inventory scanning tools.Attention to cleanliness and store presentation standards.Teamwork, adaptability, and adherence to company policies.
