Sales Associate

The Sales Associate serves as a key customer contact, assisting with merchandise selection, operating the cash register, and ensuring store cleanliness and organization. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, handling transactions, stocking and rotating merchandise, and maintaining store appearance by cleaning and setting up displays. Qualifications and skills required are effective communication, safety awareness, knowledge of cash handling and basic math, ability to follow planograms, and perform stocking duties. Preferred Education Is a High School Diploma Or Equivalent. Work conditions involve frequent standing, bending, lifting up to 40-55 pounds, occasional climbing, and working in a fast-paced environment with moderate noise and outside weather exposure.
