Responsibilities
- Assisting with visual merchandising and store upkeep
- Using computer systems for transactions, merchandise transfers, and order fulfillment
- Implementing loss prevention measures and reporting violations
- Building long-term customer relationships through authentic clienteling and engagement
- Growing a loyal customer base via capturing contact information and providing personalized service
- Supporting store management with additional responsibilities as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year retail sales experience
- Outgoing, competitive, and personable with a passion for customer service
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work flexibly, including nights, weekends, and holidays
