Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist customers who enter the dealership, answer their questions, and help them select a vehicle that fits their needs.
• Sell a minimum number of vehicles based on goals and objectives defined by the sales manager.
• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects, and describe all optional equipment available for purchase.
• Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
• Review and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly actions to improve time utilization and planning.
• Offer test drives to all prospects and follow dealership procedures to obtain proper identification prior to test drives.

Requirements

• Sales or customer service background preferred.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic team player.
• Strong written, communication, and computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
