Responsibilities
- Sales
- Complete all required onboarding, e-campus training, and sales education programs within assigned timeframes.
- Greet guests, build rapport, identify buying behavior, seek verbal commitment, and ask for the sale.
- Craft sales requests, handle counter offers, and engage managers or team members for support as needed.
- Close sales and ensure all documentation meets company policies and procedures.
- Meet key performance indicators, sales goals, and objectives; track and improve your close rate.
- Utilize company data resources, prospecting methodology, and selling systems.
- Guest Service
- Create positive first impressions, use active listening, and build rapport with guests.
- Respond promptly to guest questions and requests, exceeding their expectations.
- Deliver the Robbins Brothers selling experience to create guest loyalty and long-term relationships.
- Follow up with guests after the sale through in-person, telephone, email, or text communication.
- Maintain accurate guest records using Salesforce and utilize social media per company guidelines.
- Merchandising
- Complete required product training and stay updated on incoming merchandise.
- Demonstrate the ability to sell all product categories.
- Partner with managers and experienced associates to learn display best practices.
- Maintain merchandise display cases and uphold quality control and security standards.
- Store Security
- Adhere to company security policies and procedures for store operations.
- Maintain awareness of security concerns and comply with opening/closing procedures.

Requirements
- Customer service experience: 3 years (recommended).
- High-end sales experience: 3 years (recommended).
- CRM software experience: 3 years (recommended).

Pay
