Responsibilities
- Interact and assist customers with a smile
- Promote the sale of Ring's End products and services
- Handle customer complaints and concerns
- Schedule deliveries and follow up
- Guide and advise clients on building material inquiries
- Answer phones and emails
- Keep inventory organized
- Perform other tasks to help ensure customer satisfaction and store profitability
