Role: Sales Associate, serving as the first point of contact for customers and representing the brand in a welcoming environment. Responsibilities Greeting customers warmly and assisting with product knowledge, promotions, and loyalty programs.Resolving customer issues proactively and providing excellent service in a busy retail setting.Managing point of sale transactions, floor replenishment, and shipments.Maintaining store cleanliness and safety to minimize loss. Qualifications & Skills Positive, solutions-oriented attitude with strong customer engagement skills.Effective verbal and written communication.Ability to multitask and lift up to 40 pounds.Availability for flexible days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
