Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience
• Learn and demonstrate premium sewing machines, vacuums, and related products
• Recommend solutions based on each customer's needs
• Build lasting customer relationships
• Aid customers with product questions, accessories, repairs, and project guidance
• Work closely with your teammates to achieve store goals

Requirements

• At least one year of retail sales or customer service experience
• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
• Comfortable working Saturdays

• Guaranteed minimum of $20/hour during your first 90 days
• Most Sales Associates earn $20-$35+ per hour (base pay plus uncapped commission)

• Full-time
• Five days per week
• Approximately 9:45 AM-6:15 PM
• Closed every Sunday
