About the role

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Associate ensures a consistently high customer experience by upholding Psycho Bunny’s core values and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the store’s visual directives and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Develop a full understanding of computer systems to ring transactions, perform merchandise transfers, and fulfill orders.
• Protect store assets and inventory through awareness of loss prevention procedures; report violations to a supervisor.
• Employ an authentic approach to clienteling and building long-term customer relationships with a focus on driving sales.
• Build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and capturing customer contact details (phone and email).
• Assist with all other duties as required by store management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience.
• Naturally competitive with an outgoing and fun personality.
• Passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Capacity to work collaboratively with all team members to achieve goals.
