About the role

The Sales Associate at Psycho Bunny's Park Meadows location is responsible for ensuring a consistently high customer experience, utilizing the brand's core values and service standards. This position requires a minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience, natural competitiveness, outgoing personality, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store visual directives and maintain housekeeping standards
• Utilize computer systems to ring transactions, perform merchandise transfers, and fulfill orders
• Implement loss prevention measures and report any violations to a supervisor
• Build long-term relationships with customers through clienteling and sales
• Engage customers, convert them into buyers, and capture contact information
• Perform other duties as assigned by store management

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience
• Natural competitiveness and outgoing personality
• Passion for providing outstanding customer service
• Able to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication skills and ability to foster a customer-focused culture
