About the role

The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring a consistently high customer experience within the store, utilizing Psycho Bunny's core values and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Aid in maintaining the store’s visual directives and housekeeping standards.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of computer systems to efficiently handle transactions, merchandise transfers, and order fulfillment.
• Protect store assets and inventory by adhering to loss prevention procedures and promptly reporting any violations.
• Build long-term relationships with customers through an authentic approach to clienteling, focusing on building sales and fostering a customer-focused selling culture.
• Engage with customers, convert leads, and capture customer contact information to build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base.
• Assist with all other duties as directed by store management.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience.
• A natural competitive spirit and outgoing, fun personality.
• A passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
