Responsibilities

• Aid in maintaining the store’s visual directives and housekeeping standards.
• Utilize computer systems to ring transactions, handle merchandise transfers, and manage order fulfillment.
• Implement loss prevention measures and promptly report any violations to supervisors.
• Build long-term relationships with customers through clienteling, focusing on building sales and fostering customer loyalty.
• Engage customers, convert them into buyers, and capture their contact information for future outreach.
• Assist with other duties as directed by store management.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience.
• Natural competitiveness and outgoing/fun personality.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to cultivate a customer-focused selling culture.
