About the role

The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring a consistently high customer experience within the store, aligning with Psycho Bunny's core values and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Aid in maintaining the store’s visual directives and housekeeping standards.
• Utilize computer systems to ring transactions, manage merchandise transfers, and fulfill orders.
• Implement loss prevention measures and promptly report any violations to a supervisor.
• Build long-term relationships with customers through clienteling and fostering a customer-focused selling culture.
• Engage customers, convert them into buyers, and capture their contact information for future interactions.
• Assist with all other duties assigned by store management.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience.
