About the role

The Sales Associate at Psycho Bunny Laredo Outlets is responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and maintaining the store's visual standards. This position requires a minimum of one year of retail sales experience, a natural inclination towards customer service, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store visual directives and maintain housekeeping standards
• Utilize computer systems to ring transactions, handle merchandise transfers, and fulfill orders
• Implement loss prevention measures and report any violations to supervisors
• Build long-term relationships with customers through clienteling and sales techniques
• Engage customers, convert them into buyers, and capture contact information for future outreach
• Perform other duties as assigned by store management

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience
• Natural competitiveness and outgoing personality
• Passion for customer service
• Able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication skills and ability to foster a customer-focused culture
• Capable of working collaboratively with other team members
