About the role

The Sales Associate at Orlando Vineland Outlets plays a crucial role in ensuring a consistently high customer experience within the store. Reporting to the Store Manager, this position aligns with Psycho Bunny's core values and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Aid in maintaining the store's visual directives and housekeeping standards.
• Utilize computer systems to ring transactions, handle merchandise transfers, and fulfill orders.
• Implement loss prevention measures and promptly report any violations to a supervisor.
• Build long-term relationships with customers through clienteling, focusing on building sales and fostering loyalty.
• Engage with customers, convert leads, and capture customer contact information to build a satisfied and loyal customer base.
• Assist with all other duties as directed by store management.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience.
• A natural inclination towards competition and an outgoing, fun personality.
• A strong passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Effective communication skills and the capability to cultivate a customer-focused selling culture.
