About the role

The Sales Associate position at The Shops at Clearfork offers an exciting opportunity to join the Bold Side of Retail. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role ensures a consistently high customer experience, leveraging Psycho Bunny's core values and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store visual directives and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Utilize computer systems to ring transactions, perform merchandise transfers, and fulfill orders.
• Implement loss prevention measures and report any violations to a supervisor.
• Build long-term relationships with customers through clienteling and fostering a customer-focused selling culture.
• Engage customers, convert leads, and capture contact information for future sales.
• Support store operations by assisting with other duties as needed.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience.
• Naturally competitive and outgoing personality.
