The Sales Associate at Psycho Bunny - The Streets at Southpoint is responsible for ensuring a consistently high customer experience within the store, utilizing the brand's core values and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Aid in maintaining the store’s visual directives and housekeeping standards.
• Utilize computer systems to ring transactions, handle merchandise transfers, and fulfill orders.
• Implement loss prevention measures and report any violations to a supervisor.
• Build long-term relationships with customers through clienteling and fostering a customer-focused selling culture.
• Engage customers, convert them into buyers, and capture their contact information for future outreach.
• Assist with other duties as directed by store management.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience.
• Natural competitiveness and outgoing/fun personality.
• Passion for providing outstanding customer service.
